Plans, trials and how billing works

Everything is billed through Shopify. What that means for charges, currency, refunds and cancellation.

We never see or store your card. All paid plans go through Shopify's billing system, appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and are charged in the currency Shopify bills you in.

Free plans

Every app has a genuinely free tier, not a countdown. It stays free indefinitely and never converts to paid on its own. If you exceed a free limit, the feature pauses and tells you — it does not silently start charging.

Trials

Where a trial is offered, it starts when you upgrade and runs for the stated number of days before the first charge. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

Refunds

Shopify's own refund rules apply to app charges. If something went genuinely wrong on our side — an outage, a bug that made the app unusable for a period — write to us and we will arrange it rather than pointing at the policy.

Development stores are not charged. If you are testing on a dev store you will see the plan marked as a test charge.
