Find out why your store emails land in spam

Order confirmations and marketing emails only work if they arrive. MailMedic checks your email setup end to end, scores it, and tells you in plain language exactly what to fix.

What it checksAsk a question

What MailMedic checks

The whole chain that decides whether a mailbox provider trusts your store's email.

SPF

Whether your domain says who is allowed to send email for it — and whether Shopify is on that list.

DKIM

Whether your emails are cryptographically signed, so mailbox providers can confirm they are genuinely yours.

DMARC

What should happen to email that fails those checks, and whether you receive reports about it.

MX & domain setup

Whether the domain can actually receive mail and is configured consistently.

Blocklists

Whether your sending domain appears on well-known reputation blocklists.

Shopify sender

Whether your store's sender address is verified and aligned with your domain.

How it works

Three minutes from install to a clear to-do list.

  1. Enter your domain. MailMedic suggests the right one from your store settings.
  2. Read the score and findings. Each check is pass, warning or fail, with an explanation of what it means for your emails.
  3. Fix what matters. Copy the suggested DNS record into your domain provider — MailMedic tells you the exact name, type and value.
  4. Turn on monitoring. You get an email only if something breaks later.
MailMedic never changes your DNS or your store. It reads public records and reports — every change stays in your hands.

Questions

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Every finding is written in plain language and tells you exactly which DNS record to add or change, with the value to paste.

Does it change anything in my store or DNS?

Never. MailMedic is read-only — it inspects public DNS records and reports what it finds. All changes are made by you, in your DNS provider.

How often should I scan?

Once when you set things up, then let monitoring watch it. Deliverability breaks silently when DNS or providers change.

What does monitoring do?

It rescans your domain regularly and emails you only when something gets worse — a record disappears, a check starts failing, or your score drops.

Which domains can I check?

Your store's sending domain, plus any other domain you use for email — one on the free plan, more on Pro.
