Terms of service & DPA

The agreement between MB „Liūto media“ and merchants using our apps. Last updated: August 22, 2026.

1. Terms of service

By installing MailMedic, Repeatly or ThemeMedic (each an “App”) you agree to these terms. The Apps are provided by MB „Liūto media“, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

You agree not to use the Apps to:

We may suspend an account that puts other merchants, recipients or our infrastructure at risk. Where possible we contact you first.

4. Warranties and liability

We work to keep the Apps available and correct, but they are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific commercial results.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the App concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

5. Data processing agreement

This section forms the data processing agreement between you (the controller) and us (the processor) under Article 28 GDPR, and applies automatically when you install an App.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lithuania, unless the law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
