Most support emails we receive come from one of four settings being left at its default. Ten minutes now saves a confusing week later.
Day one
- Run the first scan or import and read the result, even if it looks technical. Every finding has a plain-language explanation underneath it.
- Send yourself a test email where the app offers one. It confirms the whole chain works before a single customer is involved.
- Set the sender name and reply-to address, so replies reach you and not a black hole.
Day two to seven
- Check the consent setting in Repeatly. By default it only emails customers who accepted marketing at checkout — leave it that way unless you have another lawful basis.
- Confirm your store timezone in Shopify. Quiet hours and send timing follow it.
- In ThemeMedic, run a scan but do not clean the live theme yet. Review the draft copy first.
- Add app@liutomedia.lt to your contacts so our replies do not land in spam. This happens more often than you would think.
If something behaves unexpectedly during that first week, tell us then rather than later. Early reports are how most of the features in these apps came to exist.
