Managing recipients and unsubscribes

Searching your list, stopping reminders for individual customers, and what happens to someone who unsubscribes.

The recipients page is the single place where you can see every customer Repeatly might contact, and stop it for any of them.

Finding someone

Search by any part of an email address. The result shows their purchase count, last order date and current status. If nothing is found, the page says so rather than showing an empty table — the address genuinely is not in the list.

Stopping reminders

Select one customer or use select-all, then suppress. Suppressed customers stay in the list with a clear badge, so you can restore them later if it was a mistake or if they ask to be re-added.

What unsubscribing does

Customers can also snooze instead of unsubscribing — a temporary pause for people who simply bought a large pack. It keeps the relationship rather than ending it, and the snooze expires by itself.
