What the scan reads, what it does not touch, and how to interpret the findings.
The scan is read-only. It opens your theme files, looks for known signatures and broken references, and writes nothing. You can run it as often as you like without risk.
Every finding names the file, the line, what the code appears to be, and which app is likely to have added it. Severity reflects consequence, not size: a broken external script that blocks rendering matters more than an unused snippet nobody calls.
The theme health score summarises the findings so you can compare before and after. A score in the nineties with two minor findings is a healthy theme. There is no need to chase 100 by removing things you are unsure about.
